2. Digital Products & Refund Policy

Since the products available on this website (Mock Tests, PDFs, Notes) are intangible digital goods, they are deemed 'used' immediately upon purchase/access. Therefore, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS once the transaction is completed.

Exception (Technical Failure):

A refund may be considered ONLY if a technical failure on our server's end prevented you from accessing the content entirely. In such cases, you must provide proof of payment and error logs within 24 hours to support@jkssbmocktests.in.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to questions, logos, graphics, and software code, is the intellectual property of jkssbmocktests.in and JK Exam Library. Unauthorized redistribution, copying, or selling of our mock tests is a criminal offense and will lead to immediate legal action.
